Workflow:
1. Read catalog.txt or catalog.json.
2. Follow meta_json_url for a file.
3. Use sample_url/tail_url for inspection.
4. Use deterministic zero-based chunk URLs for sequential access.
5. Public chunks are capped; never request a multi-GB file in one response.
6. Human file pages provide seek-time links for date-oriented inspection.

These URLs remain stable unless the underlying Nextcloud path changes.
